The Sall Villa in St Nicholas, Volimes offers Ionian Sea and mountain views, a luxurious 160 sqm and welcomes up to 5 guests. The whole villa exterior is modern in design, respecting the surrounding natural landscape. Relax and enjoy your stay in peaceful ambience overlooking the sea from the private pool in front of the villa.

A wall of floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors floods this space with light and frames the breath-taking countryside views beyond. A serene home with light, extending over two floors, with spacious rooms.
The entrance hall flows into a living room with a lush sofa, that can be used to sleep one guest, for ease and comfort, and a bathroom. All are open plan -the fully equipped gourmet kitchen opens to the outdoor dining area’s spectacular views complemented by contemporary furnishings, a magical place for a sophisticated supper. This level also features a bathroom with shower for our guests’ convenience.

Upstairs are two stunning bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds or a double as an option, both with en-suite bathrooms fitted to the highest specification. All around, a glass balustrade ensures that the view across the landscape towards the sea can be fully savored without interruption.
