About This Property
Shellona Luxury Rooms & Apartments is located in the well-known Laganas area and is a beachfront property offering luxury rooms ideal for a romantic getaway or family holidays.
The complex consists of 3 buildings and 26 rooms in total: 11 double rooms, 13 triple rooms, 1 baby suite and 1 apartment with 3 bedrooms. Building B is towards the back of the property and offers 10 rooms, whereas Building A is beachfront and offers 5 rooms. Finally building C is situated behind building B and offers 11 rooms.
Most of the rooms in buildings A & B offer sea views and are either found at the ground floor, first or second floor, whereas all rooms of building C offer garden views. The rooms have been renovated in 2020 with eco-friendliness in mind and the use of environmentally friendly materials.
The 3-bedroom apartment is found on the top floor of Building 2 and can accommodate up to 6 guests. All bedrooms offer one king sized bed. The open plan living room is combined with a modern, stylish kitchen and dining area, whereas it opens in a big furnished balcony with sea views. There is air-conditioning in all rooms and two Smart TVs, one of 32” in the bedroom and one of 40” in the living room, safe deposit box, drying rack, full kitchen and cooking facilities as well as bathroom with hydromassage tub with the essential bath amenities and hairdryer.
A selection of breakfast menus is offered at the restaurant and is included in the room rate.
The owners’ also have a family restaurant, situated only a few meters away, where our guests can enjoy the generous breakfast or try out a variety of local recipes as well as international cuisine.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Restaurant will be closed in the periods: 01/04 – 20/05 & 11/10 – 31/10, therefore breakfast is not available, or included in the rates during these periods.
2. Breakfast is a la carte, and the guests can choose from the following breakfast types:
• CONTINENTAL- marmalades, butter, honey, toast bread, cake, hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese, coffee, tea, orange juice
• FULL ENGLISH – fried eggs, beans, hash browns, bacon, sausage, coffee, tea, orange juice
• PANCAKES – fresh pancakes with a selection of sweet and savory toppings
• OMELETS – omelets with selection of ingredients, coffee, tea, orange juice
3. Room Allocation of each room type is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
4. The Climate Resilience Tax of 1.50 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
