The house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests (licensed for 12):

* Bedroom 1: Double bed, large wardrobe, desk, en-suite bathroom, and internet TV.
* Bedroom 2: double king size bed, 2 single beds, terrace access, and ample storage.
* Bedroom 3: Double bed (convertible to twins) with a triple wardrobe.
* Bedroom 4: Bunk beds, large wardrobe, and mini fridge.
* Additional Sleeping Options for 2: reclining lounge sofa or temporary single beds that can be squeezed into the larger bedrooms on request.

* 3 Bathrooms :
* En-suite in Bedroom 1 with shower.
* Family bathroom for Bedrooms 2–4 with bath/shower.
* Ground-floor bathroom with shower.

* 2 Kitchens : Fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential utensils.
* Extras: Pool towels, beach chairs, parasol, bikes, golf clubs, and more are available upon request.
* Entertainment: Smart TV, DVD player, cable TV and Wi-Fi.
* Parking: Private garage (that fits one car) with automatic door and free on-street parking.
* During the winter months the 6 Aircon units in addition to oil filled radiators which can be used to warm up bedrooms and living rooms.

House Rules
* Check-in/Out: Check-in at 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM.
* Pets: Allowed but restricted from bedrooms and furniture.
* Smoking: Permitted only in outdoor areas.
* Pool Safety: Supervision required; fencing available upon request.
* Utilities: Please conserve air conditioning and replace used consumables.

Local Support
Your stay is managed by Diego, the neighbour at No. 181, who will:
* Meet and greet you upon arrival.
* Provide orientation and assist with pool maintenance or any issues.
