We imagine the incredibly plush and inviting interiors will be hard to part from, however when you do head out you'll be happy to find there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The local amenities in Ampelokipoi will provide the essentials for you and many more exciting opportunities can be found a short drive away. Private parking makes hiring a car easier and the proximity to the main road between Laganas, Ampelokipoi and Zakynthos is ideal. Whether you're looking for calm and slow days rich with history in Zakynthos centre or want to delve into party life in Laganas, there are lots on offer nearby to keep your days full of entertainment. 
To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 75cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 78cm wide. The path to the poolside is 100cm wide. The terrace is open and flat, and consists of tiles, concrete and grass. Inside, the ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 76cm, whilst the shower room door is 78cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
