Located on the seafront of the amazing Puerto Pollensa bay, this first floor apartment is the perfect place to stay at if you are looking for a nice relaxing week. The property stands out for it's location, not only you can enjoy a lovely breakfast or meal while taking in the breathtaking views of the bay and the mountains, the apartment is conveniently a short walk distance away from the shops, bars and restaurants of the town.

The apartment provides one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which has a bath with overhead shower and a seperate walkin shower. There is a second bathroom with a toiket and sink. The apartment is for a maximum capacity for 2 adults and 2 children. In the main living room area there is a comfortable sofa that can be made into a sofa bed and can fit 2 children. Something else that makes this apartment stand out is the convenient amount of space that you can find in the living and dining room area. This area opens up to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything that you would need to enjoy your self catering holiday here in Mallorca. The aparment offers free air conditioning and wifi.



Also, on the ground floor of the building you will find a cafe/bar which is open from early morning until later at night, making this an easy option to enjoy any meal if you don't feel like going far from the apartment at some point during your stay.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
