A large protected and shared pool is also available to make the most of the apartment\'s excellent lush and sunny location.

The charming, fully-furnished living room is centred around a brick fireplace, meanwhile, the kitchen-dining area has a Mokka coffee machine, a cooker hob, oven, fridge and toaster to prepare quick, simple meals at your leisure.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: A characteristic master bedroom with a double bed, and desk.
Bedroom 2: A second double bedroom with a double bed, an additional single bed and a wardrobe.
Both bedrooms are on the upper level.

Bathroom

The full bathroom, also on the upper level, has a shower, sink, WC and bidet.
Extra: There is an extra WC in the living area.

Extra Charges

A Refundable Security Deposit of 200€ is to be paid at the time of check-in.
If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate, must be paid on the spot based on consumption.
A tourist tax of 1€/day/person, up to 5 days is also to be paid on the spot. Guests below the age of 12 are exempt from tax payments.

Please note: Check-in time is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon. The last 1 km to reach the apartment is a dirt road, and not a proper asphalt road.

Location

Nestled in the perfect venue for art, culture and nature lovers, this holiday apartment near Casole d’ Elsa is just a 10-minute drive from the charming and well-serviced Sienese village. In the centre of this former Etruscan settlement, there are many historic and artistic jewels to discover whilst wandering its winding streets: from local murals to eye-catching sculptures and churches from the 12th century, the centre of Casole d’ Elsa will enchant any lover of art and history.

Furthermore, for nature admirers, this village has the Dream Woods, wherein the oak woods have been enhanced and nurtured by Deva Manfredo’s imagination with various artworks, activities and sculptures for both adults as well as children to discover their artistic side. In summer, the best Sienese tradition, Palio di Sant Isidro also happens right here!

The unmissable medieval villages of San Gimignano and Volterra are about half an hour’s drive from here and make for excellent day excursions. Siena, the home of the Palio festival, is under 45 minutes from the rental meanwhile Florence with its rich culture and tourism is an hour’s drive from here. The nearest international airport is Florence’s Peretola.
