Akakia Villa is set over 3 levels and measures 170 sq.m. in total. It can sleep up to 6 persons and is fully air-conditioned.

The ground floor features a spacious lounge, a fully equipped kitchen – all ready for the preparation of tasty meals! - and a dining area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single ones, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.

The second floor offers a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Every room offers a balcony with relaxing views of the town, the mountain and the sea!

Among the numerous amenities, the following are included:

*Cleaning is upon request with an extra charge*

Kindly note that according to the accommodation’s policies there is a fully refundable* damage deposit of 50.00 Euros, payable in cash upon arrival, applicable for all guests in case of serious damage to the property and all items therein.

*The damage deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the relevant inspection of the property.
