The apartment is a modern and practical 1-room unit called 'Mono' with a floor area of 25 m2 located on the upper floor. It features a living/sleeping room furnished with a double bed, a dining table, digital TV, flat screen, electric heating, and air conditioning, along with an exit leading to the veranda. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto). The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and toilet. Additionally, there is a balcony with a floor area of 7 m2, complete with balcony furniture.
