This is a luxury 5 Bedroom Villa sleeping up to 9 guests. Boasting magnificent land and sea views over Kalkan. The villas private pool has a heating option available at an extra charge paid locally
Offering an excellent standard of space and comfort throughout, it also has an unusually large amount of outdoor space for al fresco living, with a good selection of various spaces to sunbath and relax for larger groups without feeling overcrowded

The villa is located on a relatively steep slope above Kalkan centre and has a parking area adjacent to the entrance area. The ground floor accommodation comprises of a very large open plan lounge / kitchen dining area with ample space for all guests. There is also a single bedroom, which has the use of a communal cloakroom on this floor, but no bathroom or air-conditioning

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): There is a single bed, a (shared use) bathroom .

Bedroom 2 (1st floor): En-suite Twin room has 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and balcony

Bedroom 3 (1st floor): The en-suite double room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and balcony.

Bedroom 4 (1st floor): The en-suite double room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and balcony.

Bedroom 5 (attic): The En-suite Double room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and access to a large roof terrace, with sunbeds and seating.

Pool and Garden

The massive pool terrace, with its large infinity pool has a sea view with a width of 9.5 x 3.5 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, table tennis, barbecue, shower, tables and chairs in the garden.
The villas pool has a heating facility which can heat the pool to around 28-30 degrees centigrade if required. This can be useful low season and is available at an extra cost. Guests wishing to take advantage of this facility should give us at least two to three days' notice in order that the pool may reach its maximum temperature before their arrival.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly, please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge for cleaning of the villa, payable in cash on arrival.
