And in the upper part of the house we find a large kitchen, with a table and chairs to have a coffee or to eat, a large living room with comfortable armchairs, a television and the four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms that have been recently renovated.

The beach is on the other side of the main street from Binibeca, so it will only take you a minute to enjoy the crystal clear waters of Binibeca beach.

Near Binibeca there are also the beaches of Binisafua or Punta Prima. And the Binibeca Vell neighborhood just 800 m.This villa is also very close to the platform areas made in the rocks to be able to enjoy a pleasant bath in the sea without having to walk on the sand.
