This first-line south-oriented apartment with frontal sea view and sea view from every bedroom is located in the domain called Skol and is provided for maximum 2 adults and 2 children. It is located near the port of Marbella, from where you can take a catamaran to Puerto Banús. This is within walking distance of the old town of Marbella. There is a living room, kitchen, (smaller) children's bedroom, bedroom, bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet, 2 terraces stretching around the flat.

The rental deposit of €300 is paid by bank transfer. It will be refunded within 14 working days provided there is no damage. We ask out of respect for the neighbourhood to respect the silence hours from 10pm to 8am. This accommodation is not rented to groups of young people and is not suitable for bachelor parties.
