The ground floor includes a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with dining table, and a living room. From the ground floor, both main entrance doors access the spacious courtyard with BBQ, Jacuzzi, exterior lounge, and garden. The first floor includes 2 bedrooms (one of which with an additional mezzanine bed), and a bathroom with shower. One of the first-floor bedrooms also opens up to a large terrace with staircase leading to the courtyard.

The courtyard is beautifully equipped with an exterior lounge and 2 dining areas; one by the BBQ, the second nearer the garden. It also comes with a Jacuzzi, a hammock, a swing seat, and a porch swing bed for your comfort and enjoyment. Parking is both within the property and just outside.

Villa Tzivaeri is located in the heart of the village, just 120-300 meters to 3 local tavernas serving tasty Cretan food. The village also has 2 minimarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a Greek Gyros place, all within walking distance.

The beautiful beaches of Loutraki and Marathi with their crystal-clear waters are just a 5-minute drive away. Both of these shallow, sandy beaches are well-protected from the prevailing northerly winds during the summer months. Loutraki and Marathi also offer several very good tavernas.
