Villa Poyraz is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa accommodating up to 8 people in the lovely well known area of Kalamar Bay in Kalkan. The layout of this luxurious villa with the majority of the frontage being of glass affords amazing sea and mountain views from nearly all aspects. To add to the overall comfort of Villa Poyraz, Pool heating (additional charage), WiFi internet & air-conditioning is available throughout.

The very popular beach club Kalamar Bay BC is a leisurely 10 minute walk away. It is approximately a 25 minute walk into the centre of Kalkan and taxis are plentiful if you don’t fancy the walk back. However, over the years the increasing popularity of the Kalamar area means the road now boasts many very good restaurants and supermarkets much closer by.

Ground Floor
A perfect space for lounging and relaxed dinner parties, it is a largely open plan living area. There is a large sofa, media unit and large screen television. A dining table that seats 8 people comfortably means you can whip up a gourmet dinner yourself with produce bought from the many suppliers in Kalkan. Alternatively you could choose to have a professional chef round to do the cooking, serving and clean up for you. The kitchen area also has a large island with 8 stools and as you would expect all the normal appliances including: a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Additionally on this floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, fully furnished with access to the pool terrace and partial sea views.

First floor
As you would expect from a villa of this standard the 3 bedrooms on this floor are all en-suite. These include:

Bedroom1: master double which is fully furnished with an addition of a wall mounted television, jacuzzi bath and air conditioning. Glass doors open onto a balcony with sea and mountain views.

Bedroom 2: double room fully furnished, air conditioned. Glass door leading onto balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 3: twin bedded room fully furnished, air conditioned. Glass door leading onto balcony with sea views.
All the en-suite bathrooms have been completed aesthetically using natural wood and marble.

Outside
Designed with the stunning views in mind (and sight), this area affords a perfect space for sunbathing with 8 comfortable sun loungers, a pergola covered seating area and a large table and chairs for al fresco dining. The pool terrace wraps around the villa and a garden area includes a stone built BBQ with a sink and storage.

The pool measures approximately 9.5 metres x 3.5 metres with a depth of 1.7 metres, perfect for those morning laps. The pool can be heated in the cooler months if required [additional costs apply] There is also a pool shower and a pool jacuzzi section to relax in. A large pool table completes this space.
