The Space:
The lagoon is surrounded by white sandy beaches, a sauna, a jacuzzi, and sun terraces, perfect for relaxing or socializing with friends and family. Alcazaba Lagoon also features a beach bar and restaurant, a fully equipped gym, and scenic walking paths through lush tropical gardens.
Sustainability is at the heart of the resort: the lagoon’s water is treated with ultrasonic technology, minimizing chemical use and energy consumption.
The apartment is a bright and modern two-bedroom home. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features two single beds and is served by a separate bathroom. The open kitchen seamlessly integrates with the living area, creating a bright and social space. The living room opens onto a ground-floor terrace overlooking the community garden, furnished with a table and a chill-out area — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Alcazaba Lagoon is located on the outskirts of Estepona in the charming town of Casares. Nearby is Estepona Golf, an 18-hole course with mountain and sea views, a bar and restaurant with a terrace, and a golf shop. The center of Estepona and the marina are just a 10–15 minute drive away, and the nearest supermarket, Mercadona, is only about 7 minutes by car, surrounded by great restaurants and the beautiful Playa Arroyo Vaquero.
