A two-storey window overlooking the pool terrace ensures this area makes the most of the natural light that floods the open plan living space. It incorporates a comfortable seating area and kitchen, which is equipped with everything you would expect from a property such as Villa Waterfall 2 including: an array of modern white units with granite work tops, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and gas hob.

The ground floor has additional seating with a great view over the terrace, sea and mountains beyond. At the far end is a large dining table with ample seating for 10 guests.

The spacious pool terrace features an infinity pool measuring approximately
3.50m x 8.50m, with a depth of 1.50 – 1.60m. Incorporating sun loungers, swing chair, BBQ and dining table making this a perfect place for al fresco dining with the sea and mountain views as a backdrop. The water from this pool flows down to a second pool on the lower ground floor terrace, hence the ‘Waterfall’ name. The villa also has a table tennis table for entertainment.
