This bright and elegant apartment, located 250 meters from Sagrada Familia, offers modern decoration & furnishing and can accommodate up to 4 guests with its 2 bedrooms; both with 2 single beds and French balcony. You can fully relax after a day of exploring the city with its comfortable living room, dining area for 4 people and balcony acccess, one bathroom and a contemporary fully equipped American Style kitchen. Perfectly suitable for a family or a small group of friends. A great base from which to visit Barcelona with transport links nearby, a pleasant family neighbourhood with many shops, cafés & restaurants. IMPORTANT:Parties are strictly not allowed. It is very important to respect the noise level (people and music) during the whole stay.
The apartment is located on a second floor, with no lift.

City tax:
6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
