Eagle s Nest Adjoining Villas are two identical, newly built villas of 180 sq.m. each, located in Tsilivi area. Built in a lovely setting, hidden from prying eyes, the villas will offer you tranquility and relaxation. Their location is so unique, as they are only 3 minutes away from Tsilivi beach, bars, shops and restaurants but at the same time it feels as if they are away from everything, securing you peaceful and memorable vacations.

These two story villas incorporate modern and elegant style in their architectural framework and a minimal chic interior design, creating a cozy, tranquil, and opulent setting that will make wonderful memories for you and your family.

The ground level consists of a sizable living and eating area, a fully functional kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. The minimal interiors blend perfectly with the natural beauty of the surroundings, which is brought in by the large windows. An internal staircase leads to the second level, which includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. All bathrooms have a modern ambiance, and walk in showers. The two bedrooms on the second floor, have a double bed and a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding area. The master bedroom on the second floor has the bigger balcony that features outdoor sitting furniture, from where you can sip coffee in the morning and savor regional delicacies. The Eagle s Nest Adjoining Villas have separate entrances and a common parking area.

The outdoor area, which is directly accessible from the living room, features a dining area, a swimming pool with sun loungers, and a BBQ. For optimum privacy, the property is enclosed in a fence. Imagine spending your summer vacation lounging in the sun, swimming in the pool, and enjoying any of your meals with regional delicacies, and unique summer vacations. The two villas are the perfect selection for couples or families and they can be reserved separately or as one big villa.

Tsilivi is located on the picturesque island of Zakynthos' north eastern shore, 9 km from the airport and 5 km from Zante Town, the island's capital. Climate tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival, as no bank or card commissions can be applied. The climate tax is 15 euros per night.

The cleaning service takes place every 3 days.
