We do have the house rules: 150€ at your arrival payable to the agent for the cleaning, laundry, ironing, washing large French windows, polishing mirrors, dusting, hovering, meeting/ greeting the guests, giving the guide tour around the apartment, leaving you the keys which she will collect at your checking out morning. Another house rules that due to prestige location our agents has to take a taxi from their area for the late checking in after 21h00. Thd fee will be start with 30€ but each hour it will increase, we do not checking in after 24h00.
