Welcome to this cozy apartment located in the Riviera del Sol, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has a seasonal swimming pool and just a few minutes from the popular paddle club Riviera Sport Club. Riviera del Sol is located between Fuengirola and Marbella with 15min drive to each city, the airport is about 25min away by car. From the apartment it is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and shopping.



The Space:

Step into a bright, open-plan apartment designed for comfort and relaxation. To your right, you’ll find a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, while to the left the stylish living room flows seamlessly into a dining area with a smart TV — perfect for cozy evenings in.



From the living room, step out onto the lovely balcony and soak up the evening sun, with beautiful views over the pool and charming glimpses of the sea 🌅



The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony — ideal for slow mornings and sunset views. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own private toilet and shower, making it perfect for family or friends.



For your comfort, the apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and international TV channels. You’ll also have access to a washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all the essentials to make your stay easy and stress-free.



The cleaning fee includes fresh towels and bed linen (one set per person). To help you settle in, we provide a small welcome starter kit with essentials such as shampoo and basic cleaning products — just enough to get you started, with plenty of nearby shops to stock up on anything else you may need during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

The area is located in the peaceful and well-kept area of Riviera del Sol, perfectly positioned between Marbella and Fuengirola. This popular coastal neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and easy access to beaches, golf, and amenities.



Within just a few minutes’ drive, you’ll find sandy beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops. Golf lovers are spoiled for choice, with several excellent golf courses nearby, including Miraflores Golf and Calanova Golf.



The area is ideal for both relaxation and exploration — enjoy quiet mornings, sunny beach days, or head out for vibrant nightlife, shopping, and dining in La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, or Marbella, all easily reachable by car.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
