Villa Balance is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".


Situated on the picturesque outskirts of Rethymno, Villa Balance offers a stylish and comfortable escape where contemporary design blends with the beauty of the Cretan landscape. Spread across two levels, the villa features three well-appointed bedrooms and accommodates up to six guests with ease.
Panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from nearly every room, enhancing the relaxed, open atmosphere. With its striking architecture, thoughtful layout, and scenic setting, Villa Balance is an ideal choice for a memorable holiday.


Ground Floor
- Large floor-to-ceiling doors leading to a spacious veranda and pool terrace with breathtaking sea views.
- Open-plan living area with two sofas, coffee table, 43" HDTV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, and fireplace.
- Fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances.
- Dining area with a table for six.
- One en-suite bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, sea views, and veranda access.
- The main entrance also offers access to the BBQ at the rear part of the Villa.

Lower Floor
- Two en-suite bedrooms, each with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can be joined upon request, sea views, and access to a shared veranda.
- Laundry room with a washer.All bedrooms feature self-controlled A/Cs, as well as ceiling fans, 32" TVs, and closets. The villa also features central heating with a heat pump for year-round comfort, as well as photovoltaic energy for sustainable living.

Outdoor area
Covering 4,000 m2, the villas exterior is designed for relaxation and entertainment:
- A private, 32 sq.m. infinity, ecological swimming pool, 1,50 m deep with step access. The pool can also be heated upon request, with an additional daily charge.
- Charcoal BBQ facilities with an outdoor sink.
- Shaded outdoor dining area for eight with a built-in bench under a pergola.
- Artificial lawn and gardens with trees accessible from the lower floor, ideal for children to play.
- Ping pong table.
- 2 electric bicycles.
- Fully fenced property with a gated entrance for security and privacy.
- Parking space for three cars.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.
