Villa

The villa can accommodate up to 4 persons, and would be ideal for a family with one or two children.



Villa Marina is semi-detached and covers 54 square metres. It has a large private garden that gives directly onto the beach. The large main bedroom has a sea view and two single beds (90x200) that can accommodate 2 adults, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed that fits two children. The bungalow has 2 bathrooms, each of which is fitted with a sink, toilet and shower stall. All linen is provided. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, and a dining table with chairs that seats 5. The bungalow also has a large screen TV, with several satellite and terrestrial channels, as well as free Wi-Fi internet.



The recently renovated kitchen is in the living room area and is fully equipped: it has cutlery and crockery, an electric stove with four burners, an oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an air conditioner in the living room that cools the entire bungalow.



The bungalow's large private garden has a lawn, flowers and an olive tree. It also has a table and chairs for al fresco dining, sunloungers for relaxation and an outside shower for use when returning from the beach.
