The property is cleaned before checking in and after checking out. Extra sheets and towels are provided for weekly stays. For monthly stays cleaning, clean sheets and towels are provided once a week.
Extra cleaning can be provided with an extra charge.
Check-in is at 15:00 o’clock.
Check-out is at 11:00 o’clock.
Please respect the neighbors and the resting hours, especially during summertime (15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 - 08:00).
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Windows must be closed / locked when not in the house.
Please do not leave lighting and air-conditioning on when leaving the premises.
