On arrival to the house you will find a spacious drive through leading to the huge covered car park for up to three cars or to the  house entrance with a palm trees round about. 

As you enter the house you will be prompted with the bright living room connected with dining room with big glass doors overlooking the garden , pool and panoramic ocean views. As you enter to the left you will find a fully-equipped kitchen where culinary enthusiasts can create delightful meals for the family. If you would like to relax and enjoy one of our experienced chefs can prepare personalised menus for you and your family. The kitchen also has a separate laundry room as well as a spacious pantry . On sunny warm days, you can enjoy the outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining with family and friends amidst the beautiful surroundings.

On the first floor you will also find 2 ensuite bedrooms with twin single beds, providing ample space and comfort for a restful stay. 1 ensuite bedroom with a cozy double bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep with beautiful views. Another,  ensuite bedroom with a comfortable single bed, perfect for a solo traveler or a young family member. The bedrooms in this villa are a testament to luxury and privacy. 

As you go upstairs you will find our 80 sqm master bedroom. The master bedroom is a lavish space, featuring an ensuite walk in closet and an expansive bathroom, providing a serene sanctuary and offering unparalleled luxury and privacy.  The bedroom counts with a bathroom with both shower and a  bath tub , a gym overlooking the sea and a private study/work area with its desk and chair .

The villa´s outdoor delights you with abundant outdoor lounges and dining tables, offering the perfect setting for memorable al fresco dining experiences. A refreshing swimming pool with captivating ocean views, inviting you to relax and unwind. A bathroom conveniently located next to the pool, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.
