Welcome to my home!

The spacious living room features a smart TV, a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa, where you can relax after a busy day of exploring the city. The area features large windows that let in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space.

The bright kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a coffee machine, ironing equipment and a washing machine with detergent.

There are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed (150x200) and another with a queen bed (160x200). Both beds are lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience

A washing machine is also available in the apartment.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor by stairs and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is ideally situated in a prime location just a few minutes walk from most attractions. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to iconic attractions such as Livraria Lello and Clérigos Tower. Also enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
24 de Agosto Metro Station: 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
