The house is located in the south-west of Andalusia approx. 30 km from the sea in the picturesque village of Sanlúcar, on the banks of the Guadiana, the border river between Spain and Portugal.

The house is Andalusian in style with a separate living and dining room each with a fireplace.. The spacious kitchen is well located next to the dining room and is very well fitted. Glazed sliding doors lead from the dining room to the terrace overlooking the river. There are four bedrooms in total, spread throughout the house. The high rooms with beamed ceilings and have their own shower or bath with toilet.
