This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, right in the centre of Cannes is truly ideal for congresses and holiday rentals. Located just off the famous Rue d'Antibes shopping street and minutes from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals.

It is on the fourth floor of a Bourgeois building (there is no elevator) on a quiet street, and the bedrooms look out over the roof tops of Cannes, so you will get a quiet nights sleep although you are right in the centre of town.

The two main bedrooms have a lot of natural light with two large single beds in each. The third bedroom, advertised as the sitting area, has a double sofa bed and a flat screen LCD TV. You walk through this room to get to one of the bedrooms.

The living and dining room is equipped with a flat screen LCD TV, a DVD player and Wifi internet access, a large dining table and a very comfortable convertible couch.

The apartment is generally very well equipped, including the kitchen which is spacious and has a breakfast table.

The two bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning.
