The bedrooms both have comfortable double beds, and each open up onto a terrace with large sliding windows letting in plenty of light.

The living area is very spacious and opens up onto the main terrace, on which you can dine or just relax in the sun on one of the loungers.

The kitchen is separate and well equipped for your holiday meals, it has a dishwasher, kettle, oven, hobs, coffee machine to name a few of the appliances.

The bathroom has a large modern shower, a toilet and sink. There is also a separate guest toilet.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday, or even for one of the many congresses in Cannes if you would prefer some quietness after a long day in the town centre.

It is about a 7 minute drive, or a 30 minute walk to the Croisette and Palais des Festivals.
