Set near the charming medieval village of Castiglione di Garfagnana, this 2-level holiday house offers an absolutely rejuvenating and restorative experience to enjoy with family or friends. Outside, immersed in nature, there is a large, semi-enclosed swimming pool with exclusive access, sun loungers, a private garden with fruit trees and a beautiful pergola framed by trellises and featuring open-air dining along with BBQ to indulge in big meals.

The 3-bedroom house easily accommodates up to 7 guests and features all essential utilities for a carefree Tuscan holiday. The living room directly extends onto the terrace and offers a free-flowing space with traditional grilled windows and a fireplace, sofas, as well as a flat-screen TV. An upper-floor balcony with garden views and seating also features for those who want to unwind in solitude. The kitchen of the house is ready and furnished with a dining table and every kitchen appliance, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, Mokka coffee maker and toaster, to facilitate homemade meals.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: A characteristic master bedroom with terracotta floors, a wardrobe and balcony access.
Bedroom 2: An airy double bedroom with a wardrobe and double bed.
Bedroom 3: A en-passage triple bedroom, separated by curtains from the hallway, with a bunk bed, a single bed and a wardrobe.

Extra charges

A Refundable Security Deposit of €200 is to be paid on arrival. 
The town tax is also to be paid on the spot at €1/person/day for up to 5 days. Guests below the age of 14 are exempt.
If necessary, gas for heating in the wintertime or when necessary because of the climate must be paid on the spot at € 5/mc.
Please note: Check-in time is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon. 

Location

The holiday house enjoys a very tranquil location, from where many blissful walks into nature can be enjoyed. Just a 10-minute drive away are the food shops, supermarkets and restaurants. And the beautiful mediaeval town of Castiglione di Garfagnana, with its famous mediaeval bridge and buildings, as well as Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, is also about the same distance.

Although the rental is a full holiday destination in itself, guests can easily enjoy varied experiences within a convenient driving distance from the rental\'s location. The art city of Lucca and its healing thermal spas are about 40 minutes from here. The Abetone ski facilities are 1.15 hours from here, plus the famous coastal resorts of Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio as well as Lido di Camaiore are also about the same distance.

Pisa’s international airport is 90 minutes away.
