On a private plot of 1500m² it is aesthetically set amidst vineyards and offers a breath taking view of the green Istria and the turquoise Butoniga reservoir. Villa spreads of 1500m², has 3 bedrooms and it is perfect accommodation for 6+1 person on extra bed. The pool and garden area is fully enclosed which is great if guests are bringing their pets.



The modern, open plan kitchen and spacious sitting area span the entire length of the ground floor of the property. Large living area on the ground floor features an expanse of glass providing exceptional views of the countryside of an different angles. The large comfy sofas are fabulous place to relax any time of the day. From here you can walk straight out of the large glass sliding doors onto the terrace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything one would like to have to prepare delicious dishes. On the same level as the open plan living area is a small library area with TV and books.



On the fIrst floor there are 3 en-suite double bedrooms with impressive panoramic views. Outdoor lies a large heated infinity swimming pool with comfortable loungers. Thought the garden, there are many secluded spots and quite corners for reading, lounging and enjoying the scents of the garden.
