It is best known for its preserved first-century Roman amphitheater, which is under UNESCO protection, and in addition, Pula offers many other historical and cultural monuments. From Pula you can easily visit the Brijuni National Park, a group of 14 islands and islets, known for its natural beauty, but also many small villages in the Istra inland. Promenades by the sea, restaurants and numerous cafes in the evening attract a large number of tourists who enjoy the walk and taste of authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

The outdoor area of Villa Orion with a spacious garden, heated pool, and outdoor shower is perfect for enjoying your vacation. In addition, guests can relax in the sauna, jacuzzi or enjoy an active break in the gym, which is also available to guests. The spacious ground floor has double-volume living space furnished with a sofa, SAT TV, fireplace, stereo system and a beautiful chandelier. The immaculate open-plan kitchen flows directly into the living and dining area with the internal staircase connecting the lower and upper levels of the villa for effortless entertaining. One luxurious bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also situated on ground floor.



The first level of the villa consists of an entertainment area with a pool table, gaming console, sauna and outdoor sun loungers. There are also 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the top level with direct access to a large balcony equipped with a hot tub, the master bedroom boasts spectacular views.



An exquisite wine cellar in the basement is home to a traditional fireplace and nice collection of wine bottles.



In the garden there is an additional house with a fireplace and sink and a dining table for 8 people. The glass walls of the house can be fully opened so that this space connects with the garden of the villa, and can also be closed, depending on the wishes of the guests. In this area there are also exercise equipment for all those who want to stay active during the holidays and a table tennis table as the perfect entertainment during summer gatherings.



The central place in the carefully maintained garden is occupied by a heated pool (60 m²) surrounded by modern sun loungers. On the plateau around the pool, there is a comfortable seating set and an outdoor shower. A paved path leads to the covered entrance to the villa where there is another set for sitting and enjoying the view of the entire garden and the surrounding nature.
