About This Property

Situated in the most privileged of locations, directly above the popular Elia beach in Mykonos, Villa Elia Aspro is a superb modern built villa. The generally white minimalist interior of the house offers an abundance of typically Cycladic smooth curved edges and the intended simple furniture and fittings creates a relaxing ambience and a thoroughly agreeable atmosphere.

One of the main features of this fabulous villa are the truly superb sea views from all corners of the villa, uninterrupted no matter if you are inside or outside as the villa is built with the concept of having constant eye contact with the water. Being advantageously located directly above both Elia beach and Agrari beach, allows you to observe both beaches from every corner of the house.

The infinity pool is located in a particularly sunny spot, and allows you to believe you are actually going to swim out into the sparking sea below. Stunning as the villa is, and at all times of the day, however, the best time of the day must surely be at sunset when the symphony of colours of the sea and the sky are constantly changing, creating the most romantic and memorable experience ever.

Location:

Villa Elia Aspro is set in the elegant and stylish location of Elia in Mykonos. Elia is Mykonos' largest beach and one of the most beautiful. Like all of Mykonos, it has a "live and live" attitude. It’s almost completely covered in parasols and sunbeds, but there’s always a small sunbed-free section for those who prefer to lie on the sand. The water is crystal-clear and perfect for swimming. Continuing to the right, over the rocks, you reach Agrari Beach. In between, there are two other smaller beaches.

Mykonos may be known as “the Ibiza of Greece,” but it isn’t just about beaches and partying. Its whitewashed buildings with their blue doors, the charming windmills, small domed churches and colourful streets invite you to take a break from the sun. In between dipping your toes in the sea and showing off your tan at a bar at night, you’ll want to have the full postcard Greek island experience by stopping by some of the island’s most charming landmarks and streets.

No visit to Mykonos is complete without a trip to Delos, a tiny sacred archaeological island. It has no permanent population and stands as a museum, just a short ferry ride away from Mykonos. It’s famous for its iconic stone lions, and archaeological remains displayed in the museum.

A row of colourful two-story Venetian-style houses with wooden balconies on the seafront has become known as Little Venice and is a favourite Instagram spot. Chora is a typical Cycladic village in the centre of Mykonos, behind Little Venice. It’s made up of cubic whitewashed houses with coloured windows, doors and balconies; small white churches, deep pink bougainvillaea, and narrow paved streets. Closed to traffic, it’s a picturesque place you’ll want to wander around in, either in the cooler earlier hours of the day or after dinner when it’s at its liveliest, with cafes and shops invaded by the newly-tanned tourists.

Mykonos’ mascot is a pelican named Petros (or Peter), who roams around the waterfront. He has a couple of look-a-likes too, and you’ll see them usually close to Paraportiani Church and its surroundings. You’ll find that they don’t mind posing for photographs.
