VILLA STUPENDA (16 GUESTS) - SARTEANO AREA

Villa Stupenda can be found not too far away from Sarteano town, in the province of Siena. You will be only 10 minutes drive from the town, where you can find a wide range of restaurants. The property is also positioned in a strategic point for visiting all the main points of interest in Val d 'Orcia and Valdichiana such as Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni and Montepulciano . At 7 km from Chiusi railway station, you can reach Florence and Rome by train in just over an hour. The property offers a large private swimming pool (15x5m; 1.2m – 1.5m deep) with sun lounges.

The villa can also be a perfect location for events and meetings: ideal place for any type of event, training courses, meetings or business incentives, with the possibility of using the internal areas for briefings and presentations and the external space to organize different types of outdoor activities. Suitable for cooking classes, yoga classes, exhibitions, etc.

Weddings and Special Occasion: ideal for small and intimate ceremonies, among the vineyards, olive trees and lush vegetation, which represent the essential pleasures of a Tuscan experience.

The villa has a total of 13 bedrooms (8 classic rooms and 5 deluxe rooms) expertly combined with the most modern comforts, and it is composed of a main house and an annex.

Classic room - 2 people (ca. 18 m2)
Spacious and elegant rooms, with beautiful terracotta floors and exposed beams in the ceiling, overlooking the beautiful olive grove. Located in the first / second floor main building, easily accessible by stairs and lift, they are quiet and elegant, perfect for a couple.

Deluxe room - 2 people / 3 people (ca 30 m2)
Spacious and elegantly furnished. The ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors blend perfectly with antique furniture and marble bathrooms, the room is completed by a private terrace overlooking the vineyards.

All rooms are equipped with: Air conditioning, LCD TV with Satellite, Telephone, Safe, Hair dryer, Courtesy set and Spa Kit with grape-based products, Spa Bag with towel, bathrobe and slippers, Minibar, Free Wi-Fi.

MAIN HOUSE – Sleeps 16
Ground floor: large 3-level living room with sofas, armchairs, small tables, fireplace and windows with panoramic views; kitchen well outfitted with professional equipment; bright dining area with doors leading to the garden and pool; WC.

First floor: 6 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with shower (2 bathrooms do not have a bidet).

Second floor (in the tower): double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
In the main villa there is also a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower (without window or bidet) suitable for people with disabilities, accessible from the outside only.

Lower level: wellness centre made up of a gym with 3 Technogym machines (exercise bike, elliptical machine, weight machine), mats for yoga and floor exercise, gym balls for stretching and floor exercise, relaxation area; 3 sensory showers, Finnish sauna, steam room, heated pool (up to 27° C) with massage jets and counter-current system. The wellness centre is open from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

ANNEX (sleeps 10)
IMPORTANT: Annex is closed off when the villa is booked at the under-occupancy price for up to 16.

Ground floor: 5 bedrooms that can be either twin or double (by pushing beds together), each with private bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are not connected inside, and are accessible only from outside. One of the bathrooms with shower is suitable for people with disabilities.

Facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, restaurant - bar for guests only, salt water private swimming pool, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, professional kitchen (indoor BBQ can only be used by staff), etc. Elevator (alternative to the stairs) between the villa’s lower level, ground floor and first floor.

On request: Massages, Wine and olive oil tasting at our vineyard and cellar, Trekking / Jogging / Bicycles routes.

Prices include: exclusive use of the property, midweek cleaning and change of linen on Wednesdays for more than 5 night stays - consumption of water, electricity, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, Spa Bag with towel, bathrobe and slippers (if wellness centre included), Wi -fi.
