The apartment spans two levels:



Lower level: Spacious living area with comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen with a long dining table, ideal for family meals. There is also a bathroom for convenience.



Upper level: Three bedrooms — one master double, one twin, and one semi-double — sharing a modern bathroom.



The rooftop terrace is the highlight, featuring a Jacuzzi, a barbecue, and a panoramic space to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy romantic dinners under the Cretan sky.



Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the upper maisonette, including the terrace and Jacuzzi.



Casa Teo #2 provides a blend of traditional stone house charm and modern comfort, making it ideal for a relaxing and memorable Cretan holiday.



Spili is a charming mountain village (altitude of 430m) nestled at the foot of Mount Vorizis, an offshoot of Kedros Mount. Spili is famous for its Venetian “Kefalovrissi” fountain with 19 lion heads providing crystal-clear mountain water. In the village center, you’ll find traditional taverns serving authentic Cretan cuisine, cafés, and local shops, as well as supermarkets and other essential amenities — all within walking distance.



Casa Teo is ideally located in southern Rethymno, on the main road to Agia Galini:

- Rethymno city: 30 km (about 35 minutes by car).

- Beaches of the south coast: just 20 minutes away.

From here, you can easily explore Crete’s natural beauty, including Plakias, Agia Galini, Triopetra, Kourtaliotiko Gorge, and Preveli Beach.



There is a small public parking area next to the house, as well as a larger village parking area located about 180 meters away. For exploring Crete’s beautiful landscapes and beaches, a car is highly recommended.
