Set within a large well-tendered garden is Casa Palmeira, a traditional whitewashed property ideally suited to families. The large lawned area surrounds a fenced-in pool which is flanked by a spacious terrace area which plays host to several sun loungers and the table tennis table. An alfresco dining area is set to the side of the property with a brick-built barbecue – perfect for those sunset feasts! Indoors, the contemporary lounge and dining area have several sets of French doors which lead directly to the outdoor terraces and the well-equipped kitchen also leads off this room. Similarly on the ground floor level are the three air-conditioned bedrooms which all have doors that lead out to the garden. Two of these bedrooms boast ensuite shower rooms and the final bedroom has use of the larger family bathroom.
The rural village of Vale de Parra has a handful of restaurants and shops within walking distance, whilst the town of Guia is just a short drive away and offers a broader selection of amenities including the famous Chicken Piri-Piri restaurants which is a must-experience whilst in the Algarve. Some of the best beaches in the Algarve are also within only a 10-minute drive.
