Lillos is a 3 bed 3 bath property Lillos with amazing sea views on the Costa Teguise golf estate is a truly family-friendly villa on the outskirts of Costa Teguise golf club- just a 6 euro taxi into the main square of Costa Teguise so a car advised but not essential- set in a 1250 meter plot with magnificent sea and mountain views 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms plus a double sofa bed + exterior and interior hot tub benefits from a large private heated pool and interior jacuzzi and exterior hot tub charges included plus free air con providing heat and cool - no extra charge. With a lovely play area, the villa sleeps 7 people.
The villa is also ideal for wheelchair users. Please ask for a call back so we can explain further how the villa may suit your family member who is disabled. The villa has a landline number offering free telephone calls for taxis and has all modern comforts - we offer video tours by appointment via WhatsApp
- Car hire can be arranged from the airport or a collection service for 23 euros from Arrecife airport to our villa

The villa is fully air-conditioned for cool or heat, and the pool has a heat pump set at 28 degrees with solar cover for swimming with a nice warm pool throughout the year
We supply an assortment of children’s bikes that can be used on the huge circular driveway- we take all credit card payments for a charge of 1.5% - deposits are £500 per week with the remainder due 8 weeks before arrival-
The villa is for the sole use of the guests submitted on our booking form only we do not allow any other guests into our villa - so sorry, no parties, etc, and bookings are accepted only via adults over 30 years unless they are traveling with parents, etc

Note ! we try to meet guests on arrival to answer any queries about the villa or area but do have a key safe for late arrivals
The villa has a light and airy lounge and kitchen overlooking the huge conservatory with an additional kitchen area.
The entrance has electric gates with parking for several cars and to the rear and side are 2 play areas with a pool table, footy table, trampoline, wendy house, slide and sand and water table
The sunbeds have lovely padded cushions and the villa has 3 swinging hammocks offering relaxing shade and an exterior pergola with an addition 2nd dining table.
The front patio has tasteful furniture overlooking the mountains and tropical palms with a shaded carport for guests' use.
