Casa Magda with a private pool is a lovely detached holiday villa for 6 guests located at the foot of the private El Vila Estate just outside of Port de Pollensa. The villa offers fabulous views over the El Vila area and the Tramuntana mountains as well as easy access to the popular sandy beach resort (5 mins drive), old town Pollensa and Cala San Vicente (10 mins drive). Inside, all the accommodation is on ground level and comprises, an entrance to the open plan lounge and dining area which is filled with character from the original beamed and tile ceiling through to the stone internal wall. A kitchen, fully equipped with conveniences including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven with extractor fan and a fridge freezer. Three bedrooms, one double and two twins all with air-conditioning (on a timer), one full bathroom and a shower room with low access to the shower. Outside, you will find an inviting swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and a lawn edged with hedgerows that provide plenty of privacy for lazy days spent by the pool. A covered dining terrace with a built-in barbecue, perfect for grilled meals al fresco whilst enjoying the mountain views.
