The house is perfect for up to 5 guests. There’s a comfy bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the outside area, plus a bright living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a chair bed. Big windows bring in lots of natural light, while blackout curtains make sure you can sleep in without disturbance.

You’ll have everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, whether you want to cook a meal or just enjoy your morning coffee. Dine indoors or outside at the patio table next to the charcoal BBQ. There’s also a bathroom with shower and a washing machine for your convenience.

Stay cool with air conditioning in every room, stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy movie nights on the two smart TVs. Outside, you’ll find a private garden and free parking right at the house.

A cash security deposit of €200 is mandatory to secure the booking of this property. This amount will be collected by the property owner or the designated check-in representative upon arrival. The full deposit will be returned at check-out, provided that a thorough inspection confirms no damages or violations of the property rules.

2. Strict Prohibition of Parties

Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited within the premises. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.

3. Occupancy Restriction

Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Non-residents are not allowed on the property at any time without prior written approval from the host. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.

4. Electric Vehicle Charging Prohibited

Charging of electric vehicles (EVs) is strictly prohibited on the property under any circumstances. Unauthorised use of the property’s electrical system for EV charging will be considered a breach of the rental agreement and may result in penalties, including immediate termination of the stay and forfeiture of the security deposit.
