Private vacation home

This typical dalmatian stone house is more than 120 years old. We had it renovated with care from 2021 to 2022. The intention was to give our guests maximum comfort and relaxation trough carefully designed indoor - outdoor spaces. During the warm part of the year our ancestors found the outdoor space as the only real living room with most of the everyday life happening in the yard so we took that as our main guideline on how to create a quality stay for our guests.

The indoor of the house consists of two parts, the ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room and first floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is little but equipped boutique style for maximum enjoyment and comfort.

The outdoor part is designed as an open-air extension of the living room with a big kostela tree that gives fairly large shade and summer breeze during the whole day. There is a nice swimming pool 10 m long so you can have a swimming experience together with an outdoor shower. The yard has a grill with a sink. There is a big outdoor table with two banks, a large lounge area that overlooks the whole yard and nice sunbathing area. As addition there is a garden toilet to quickly get dry or change clothes after swimming along with a washing machine.

Just in front of the house is a private parking for guests.

The house is fully equipped and comes with net against mosquitoes on all doors and windows, air condition and WiFi connection.
