Apartment
About This Property
At the end of the entrance corridor, two steps lead to the bathroom, a space that is characterized by green glazed ceramic walls, custom-made furniture, a large mirror, and a spacious walk-in shower.
Two steps below there is a wide living room and the kitchen area, the peculiarities of this accommodation. The vaguely industrial aesthetic contrasts beautifully with the natural stone walls, from which some antique bricked-up arches and Istrian stone beams stand out. A peculiar sofa with its colorful embroidered fabric stands out in the shade of the velvet curtains, hence the name of the apartment. The whole area is then brightened up by a designer lamp.
On one side of the dining room, there is a large furnished terrace with a unique panorama overlooking the rooftops of the city.
The sleeping area is slightly above-ground compared to the rest of the apartment and offers a comfortable king-size bed. Some pieces of furniture and soft velvet curtains ensure the privacy of the bedroom area.
All the lights are designed by Artemide, whereas the fabric of the furnishings is by Christian Lacroix.
