* Indoor ground floor offers an air-conditioned dining area for 8 with exit toward outdoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all needed amenities like wine cooler, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee maker, a microwave oven, kettle, and others. Next to the kitchen is a nice terrace with a table and two chairs, a perfect spot for morning coffee while enjoying the green scenery on the Podstrana hills. There is also a separate toilet. Few steps below is a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, A/C, a comfortable sofa (that can convert into a sofa bed) with glass walls toward the pool area, connecting indoors with outdoors elegantly.
* The lower ground floor is only a few steps under the living/dining area and in the hallway is a washing machine and ironing amenities. There is a room with a Finnish sauna, a shower and comfortable chairs for relaxing. You have a direct exit to the outdoors (next to the pool).
* The middle floor offers a Bedroom No1 (13sqm, West) with Queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, TV, A/C and en-suite Bathroom with shower (4,6sqm), with views on the surroundings.
* The first floor offers a Bedroom No2 (16sqm, South) with King size bed 180cm x 200cm, TV, A/C and en-suite Bathroom with shower (4,7sqm), and 16sqm decked terrace with 2 deck chairs and views on the surroundings and the sea; Bedroom No 3 (13sqm, South-East) with King size bed 180cm x 200cm, TV, A/C and en-suite Bathroom with shower (4,6sqm), and balcony.
The Car is recommended and the property offers a parking plot for 5 or even more cars (private, uncovered plot in front of the property)
