IMPORTANT! From October 2025 The nearby Parador Hotel is scheduled to undergo a renovation project whichis expected to last for two years and will involve significant reform of the structure of the hotel, but can of course cause noise disturbances in the surrounding areas.

The apartment has a large roof terrace with sea and mountains views, bbq, table, chairs and sunbeds (the access is via a spiral staircase) ideal for dining "al fresco". The Alcazaba complex is a very quiet and exclusive complex in the centre of the town and has a communal pool and garden area, it is just 2 minutes away from the beaches and 5 minutes from the centre of town.
