One bedroom has a double bed, another has two single beds, and the third has one single bed. The two bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a bathtub with shower, respectively.

One of the main highlights of this house is its private pool (approximately 5 x 2 metres) — perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There are also several terraces ideal for relaxing outdoors, sunbathing, or enjoying meals with family and friends.

The modern and functional kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and filter coffee machine.
