This spacious 1-bedroom farmhouse is in Giano dell' Umbria. It is ideal for small groups of friends or a small family and can accommodate 3 guests. It has a shared swimming pool and a private bubble bath to unwind and relax after a hectic day. The restaurants and grocery stores are 7 km from the farmhouse. The town center is also 7 km away if you wish to explore the local culture and catch a glimpse of the streetscape. The public indoor swimming pool lies 7 km away. A living room with satellite TV and a fireplace is in place for you to enjoy some good time together. You can prepare meals of choice in the open kitchen. Central heating and free WiFi are available for your convenience. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed on the property. You can check-in to the home between 3-6 PM and the check-out can be done between 8-10 AM.
