This single-level cottage is tucked right into the heart of Lucca. It features an open kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge–freezer, and a combined living/dining area with a double sofa bed and TV. The sleeping quarters include a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub with shower, bidet). There's also a second bathroom, a pantry with a washing machine, central gas heating, and free Wi‑Fi. A private terrace with garden furniture offers a quiet spot outdoors. On-site parking is available, and pets are not allowed. In this compact yet well-planned home, the open layout supports social interaction while providing private bedrooms for rest. The terrace is ideal for morning coffee or early evening relaxation. Whether you're cooking Tuscan specialties in the kitchen or curling up on the sofa after a day exploring, this cottage blends convenience with cozy charm. Step outside and you’re immediately on Lucca’s Renaissance city walls, a beautifully preserved 4 km path perfect for walking or cycling. Just steps from your door is the Torre Guinigi, a medieval tower topped by a rooftop garden offering sweeping city views, and the unique Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, an oval plaza built atop an ancient Roman amphitheater. Explore landmarks like the San Martino Cathedral and the Torre delle Ore clock tower, all within easy reach. The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings
