As a detached property, the house ensures privacy for the visitors.

The large surface of the house makes it a suitable choice for families and large companies. The paved street, the small yard, and the inside venetian monument of 13th century (30 sq.m) makes the house unique in relation to all the other apartments/houses offered in the center of the city.

The monument was built during the Venetian occupation and was used as quarter by the Venetian mercenaries. Τhis fact explains the origin of its past name “Quartieri Italiani”.

The semi basement monument is mostly used as a dinning room. There is also a vintage office with a desktop with access to the web as well as a vintage sofa. The temperature is stable all year around, so no air conditioning exists inside.

The ground floor is air-conditioned and is bright enough since it is open to light both from the street (front) and the small yard (back). The kitchen is equipped with 2 coffee machines, a new oven and a microwave. The living room has two sofas and an armchair. There is also a brand new 43’ Smart TV.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are with balconies. The front bedroom (double bed) is equipped with a brand new air-condition and a TV. The smaller bedroom (single bed) is equipped with a brand new air-condition .

On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The front and larger bedroom (double bed) has a balcony with a view to the street and is equipped with a brand new aircondition . In the smaller bedroom there is one single bed and another one sliding. This room is equipped with a brand new air-condition.
