There is a large lounge with dining area that seats six. In a rural area that can be used as a central base for sightseeing - within a mile of the entrance to the national park. The villa has a large garden, most of which is lawn, a large and private 9x4m swimming pool. There is a barbecue built into the wall outside kitchen. Very well equipped for families that want to get away from it all. Stunning outdoor pool table, hundreds of books, board games, and broadband internet access.

Local amenities include four restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. The local beach is a close walk (400m). The house is 2km from the town of Olhao (6+ supermarkets, hundreds of restaurants) with water-taxi to the surrounding islands and their tourist beaches from Fuseta or Olhao.

The pricing includes the Olhao City Tax (currently €2 per adult per night for first 5 nights for 16yrs+).
