It is located in Fethiye kara gedik area. Our villa has 4 bedrooms, has an accommodation capacity of 8 people, and there is also an en-suite bathroom in 1 room of our villa. You can enjoy the calmness and silence in our villa, which is nested with nature and located among the greenery, and you can get rid of all the tiredness of the year. You can spend pleasant moments with your family and loved ones in our rental villa, which offers a pleasant holiday opportunity.

Internet : Our villa has Wi-Fi for internet access. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions due to user overload caused by the service providers and due to the season density.

Special Note About Black Gedik: It is 9 km from Fethiye and 2 km from Calis beach.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health insurance etc. are not included in the prices.
All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there are no butterflies, insects, flies, bees, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found.

Other things to consider
Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 100 sterlin is taken at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages that may occur to the villa and its belongings during the rental period. In the control to be made before leaving the house, there is no damage, deficiency, damage, loss, etc., of the fixtures and belongings of the house that was delivered intact. If not, the deposit will be refunded.
For long stays between October and April, the tenant only pays for the electricity he/she uses.
