Accommodating up to five guests, the apartment features a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a private terrace with breathtaking views over the bay – the perfect setting for seaside breakfasts or sunset dinners. This area is equipped with an air conditioning unit that efficiently cools the entire common space.

There are three bedrooms. The two main bedrooms, both with double beds, have individual air conditioning units for optimal comfort. The third bedroom is smaller, with a single bed. Although it does not have its own air conditioning unit or wardrobe, it is located next to the living room, where the main air conditioning unit is installed, ensuring a pleasant temperature.

The apartment includes two full bathrooms, each with a washbasin, toilet, and shower. Next to the kitchen, there is a practical laundry area equipped with a washing machine – ideal for longer stays or family holidays.

Regarding parking, there is a designated area right in front of the building that is free during the low season and pay-and-display during the day in high season (blue zone). However, free parking can be found in the surrounding streets, adding extra convenience for guests travelling by car.
