Villa Beverly with a private pool has an enviable position, situated in the heart of the sought-after resort of Cala San Vicente just 400 meters from a selection of stunning beaches with crystal-clear waters, restaurants and snack bars. This modern villa is for 8 guests, fully air-conditioned and beautifully presented throughout with high-quality furnishings and fittings. Built over two levels and approached via some exterior stairs, the main entrance is under the front covered terrace leading into a hallway which distributes the house. This level comprises a large dining room with a solid wooden table and white leather chairs, a bright and spacious lounge with big picture windows providing a view of the sea in the distance, three large comfortable sofas, A/C, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. A modern fitted kitchen with direct access out to the pool/terrace has ample storage space and is fully equipped with appliances as well as a glass-top breakfast table. On the other side of the hallway, you will find a handy guest bathroom (w/c), a double and a twin bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms. There are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin with en-suite bathrooms on the lower level. Outside, the spaces are also well designed with an inviting pool, a pool-side shower, a sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds, a barbecue, table tennis and a pergola covered area for al fresco dining. The elegant mosaic swimming pool has roman steps and is surrounded by a cobbled stone terrace, at night it's all beautifully lit and a perfect place to chill out with family/friends.
