Situated between Pollenca, Port de Pollenca and Cala San Vicente gives you easy access to three fantastic resorts as well as a golf course in less than 10 minutes' drive. Set over two floors, the entrance leads into a large living/dining area, which has a wood-burner, comfortable sofas, a flat-screen, satellite TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and a small breakfast table. On this level, you will also find one bedroom, a twin, and a private shower room. Upstairs, there are four bright and spacious bedrooms (3 twins/1 double) and two shared bathrooms. All bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning and two of the upper-level rooms have terraces which boast fabulous views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The villa is accessed via a driveway to a lovely garden with a lawn area backed with cypress trees and hedges providing privacy for lazy days under the Mallorcan sun. There is a large private pool with Roman steps and plenty of space for loungers on the surrounding paved terrace. A brick-built barbecue is provided and the covered terrace that extends along the length of the house is perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing in the shade.
